Supervisor Role

 

The Supervisor's Role is to manage the programming staff, assuring the success of each program. The thinktank makes this easy. After a program is fully registered, an email is sent to the supervisor requesting approval of the program. Supervisorss log into the web-based application, review the program and approve it. It is that simple.

• Login and see the program information as it was submitted
• Approve or Decline the program
• Email the staff regarding the program, directly from the thinktank
• Prepare reports on:
  
  -- number of programs in a date range
  -- number of programs by a specific sponsor
  -- number of programs in a building
  ... and much much more...

Because this is a web-based, authenticated application, supervisors can manage their staff from any location with an internet connection.

All evaluation reminders are sent automatically. Reminders are sent at a predetermined schedule, until the programmers complete their evaluations..

Use the online communications tools to communicate with your staff regarding the programs. You can send your staff emails with your comments about their program, at any time during the program process

 

Multiple Supervisors per Staff!

The thinktank security is set up for multiple supervisors to manage multiple staff. Each supervisor may opt in/out of any email messages sent.
