Programming Resource for Residential Life
Program Process
Once the program is registered, it goes through the thinktank process. From a New Program to a Completed Program, each step of this process is indicated by the program status. The program waits in the status queue for the appropriate action, before it can move to the next process.
Below is a list of the Status, the step in the Process and the Action that needs to be taken.

Status: Process/Action

New Program Incomplete Registration
Action: Programming Staff need to finish registration.

Pending Approval Registration Complete
Action: Email sent to Supervisor for approval. Program queued waiting for approval.

Approved Approved
Action: Everything looks good and the Supervisor approved the program.

Pending Evaluation Incomplete Evaluations
Action: Once the program has occurred, it is moved automatically into the Pending Evaluation Status. It will remain there until all evaluations have been filled out. Automatic email reminders are sent to the programmers/sponsors, reminding them to complete their evaluations.

Closed - Completed Complete Program
Action: All evaluations have been completed. No further action needed.

Not Approved Declined-Not approved
Action: Program not approved by Supervisor
