HOW TO CREATE A PROGRAM USING THE THINKTANK

Brainstorm a program idea
Register the program
Approve the program
Implement the program
Assessment and Evaluation Tools
Reporting Tools

APPROVAL OF THE PROGRAM

As the program registration is complete, the coordinator/supervisor is sent an email, alerting them to a new program needing approval.

How to Approve a Program:

  • Coordinators / Supervisors log into the thinktank
  • Review the program information
  • Approve or Decline the program

Upon approval, all programmers and supervisors may be sent an email informing them the program has been approved.

The program is now available on the calendar, viewable to the public.
