Online Calendar :

Available to the general public, the thinktank calendar shows your approved programs. Thinktank calendar provides many options for viewing your programs. Select a date from the calendar and a listing of programs within that date range appears. You may also filter the listing by Community, Passive/Active Programs, Program Status (approved, pending), and/or Sponsor. (see screen shot below).

Program Details:

The list provides basic information on each program: date, time, location, program title, audience, description and photo thumbnail (if available). A general information summary is viewable to the general public (not logged it), by clicking on the title of the program. If you are a thinktank user and logged in, a complete summary is available, including links to any uploaded files associated with the program: flyers, advertising, photos, supplemental documents. This ensures departmental security, yet allows you to use this calendar system within other web sites at your university.

RSS Feed:

A weekly calendar of approved programs is available in RSS Feed . This allows you to stream your weekly calendar (monday - monday) to any web page you wish. For example, if you wanted to stream your approved programs to your university housing page, simply create a RSS Reader on that page, and point it to your University Thinktank RSS Feed.

For more information on how to incorporate the RSS Feed into your web page click here.
