Say good-bye to the HOURS of preparing your year-end reports. Now you can do in it in minutes!

The thinktank was initially designed with the administrator's needs at the forefront of the programming model. What does this mean? It means LESS WORK for you! Because this is now a digital process (online), you can easily gather information associated with your programs.

 

Pre-defined Reports:

Specific reports have been created that automatically tally your programs monthly by program focus, sponsor type (RA, RHA, staff, etc), Learning Outcomes, Costs, Attendance and program type (passive,active).

Ad/hoc Report Tool:

Create any type of report you want by using the Ad/hoc Reporting Tool. Simply fill out the criteria, click submit. A total number and list of programs that meet your criteris will be returned to the screen.

Each report has the ability to be downloaded into Excel format.

User Management (Accounts)

Manage the user account details (add/edit users), as well as their supervisors.

Bulk Email (aka: list serve)

Create a text-based email, choosing a user type as the receipient. Communicate globally to your staff.

User Types:

• programmers;
• coordinators/supervisors;
• administrators;
• thinktank mailling list.

Newsletter:

Help create a tight-knit community by sending out a weekly/monthly newsletter to your staff, using the thinktank newsletter template. With one click of a button, the newsletter template is propogated into your email. Edit the content, choose the recipients, and send it out.

 

Global Configuation and Settings:

- Manage the content on your pages
- Drop down box options
- Bulk Email Settings
- Global defaults
- Calendar filter defaults
- Automated Email Settings
- and even change the inspirational quote (located at the top of the thinktank).

 

Administrator Levels:

There are two different levels of administrator: Community Administrator and thinktank Administrator.
Community Administrator: Manage the users and reports for their assigned community only.
ThinkTank Administrator: Manage the entire thinktank, with unlimited access.
