The thinktank is a comprehensive suite of software modules that manage Residential Life programs, learning outcomes, budgets, evaluations, and timelines.

 

This web-based application is a quintessential oversight tool that allows you to monitor all activities throughout the year, enhances creativity in your programming ideas, standardizes programming between residential halls and provides reporting tools to minimize time spent on year-end reports.

Features

PROGRAM TRACKER MODULE

With the program tracker tool, staff register their programs online, by filling out the online forms. This process takes on the average of 10 minutes. Using the pre-defined drop down boxes makes this process easy, fast and intuitive!

 

Once the program is registered, it goes through the thinktank process. From a New Program to Completed Program, each step of this process is indicated by the program status. The program waits in the status queue for the appropriate action, before it moves to the next process. (watch video: Thinktank Process)

 

CALENDAR MODULE

Available to the general public, the thinktank calendar displays your programs within a specified date range.

Select a date from the calendar and a listing of programs within that date range appears. You may also filter the listing by Community, Program Status (approved, pending), and/or Sponsor.

 

 

 

EVALUATION MODULE

The thinktank provides assessment and evaluation tools to help measure the success of the program. Each programmer is required to fill out the evaluation before the program can be marked as completed.

For those who have forgotten to complete their evaluation, autmoatic email reminders are sent to the programmer.

 

 

COMMUNICATIONS MODULE

Automated Email: Each step in the process, sends emails both programmers and Supervisors informing them of changes in the program.

Bulk Email Tool: This feature is a direct e-mail sender program. It is ideal for newletters, departmental wide announcements and keeping in touch with your staff.

Mailing List: Create your own mailing list of people outside the thinktank users. Send HTML formatted emails to any specific list you wish.

REPORTING MODULE

The thinktank provides a real time reporting and analytics features to track and analyze your programming throughout the year. Full report generation fits selected criteria, displaying both the count and details of programs that meet your criteria. Each report can be downloaded into Excel format
